R. Douglas "Doug" Pauley, MBA, CFP®, AIF®
Doug, the firm’s Managing Principal, is a West Point and Harvard Business School graduate with over 16 years experience helping people make important financial choices. Doug was recognized as a distinguished West Point graduate and went on to later teach personal finance and economics there. He has earned the right to use the Certified Financial Planner and Accredited Fiduciary designations. Later in his career, he was selected to teach courses at the University of Texas to CFP® candidates. In 2006, the University recognized Doug’s efforts with the “Excellence in Teaching” honors.  

Brian A. Cox, MBA
Brian, a Principal with the firm, is a West Point and University of Michigan Business School graduate with over 10 years experience in personal and institutional finance. After earning his MBA in finance and corporate strategy, Brian followed his lifelong passion for investing by joining the JPMorgan Private Bank in New York. He has managed institutional and high net worth client relationships globally. His background and experience in both traditional and alternative asset classes, complements the Pauley Financial leadership team appropriately. Brian has served as a panelist and industry awards judge for various institutional industry groups and publications.

Kimberly Victoria Pauley
Kimberly, a Principal with the firm, is a 25 year veteran of Information Systems Management founding the industry's leading technology consulting firm servicing Wealth Management firms. Her knowledge and experience has afforded Pauley Financial institutional quality platforms and systems within a boutique, agile firm.  Kimberly graduated with a BS in Mathematics, a degree in Secondary Education and later earned the designation of Registered Paraplanner® from the College for Financial Planning.

Kerri Hargrove Russ
The firms' Client-Services Manager is a graduate of Texas A&M with a BS in Computer Science, is a PMI© - Certified Project Manager, and maintains a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
